Risk Type Risk Rating Mitigation Measure Delayed submission of INDCs High Expedited GEF funding request:  Funds promptly disbursed to nine countries to initiate INDC processes as early as January,2015 INDC implementation at national level:  COP adoption of INDC reporting guidelines at COP 20  Technical support provided to countries through the GSP  UNEP will provide comprehensive guidance to project management team on project technical and financial reporting and work closely with project team to monitor project progress as outlined in the M & E schedule.
